Absolute consistency.
Batch after batch.
In the mineral powder industry, consistency is everything. Even a 2% variation in whiteness or particle size can impact your final product. We engineer that variability out.
The Zero-Compromise Approach
Our quality control process begins at the mine face. Before a single block of raw material enters our crushing unit, it undergoes preliminary geological analysis to ensure it meets our baseline chemical purity standards.
During the milling process, our automated classification systems ensure that particle size distributions remain tightly controlled. An oversized particle in a paint formulation causes grit; in rubber compounding, it creates weak points. Our air classifiers eliminate this risk.
Every finished lot is quarantined until it passes our internal laboratory tests. We test for Whiteness Index (Hunter/ISO), Particle Size Distribution (D50/D97), Moisture Content, Oil Absorption, and specific Chemical Composition parameters via titration and spectrophotometry.
Standard Testing Protocol
- 1
Chemical Purity (Titration)
Ensuring precise CaCO3, MgO, or Al2O3 levels depending on the mineral type.
- 2
Whiteness & Brightness
Measured via Hunter Lab scale and ISO brightness standards.
- 3
Particle Size Distribution
Sieve analysis for standard meshes and Malvern Mastersizer for ultrafine GCC.
- 4
Physical Properties
Moisture content (oven method), oil absorption, and bulk density verification.
