PVC Resin

PVC Resin (Polyvinyl Chloride) is the foundational polymer used in a wide range of flexible and rigid plastic applications. At Rajgarh Minerals, we supply premium calcium-free PVC resin specifically processed for the PVC flooring industry. Our PVC resin is available in ultrafine particle sizes ranging from 2 to 20 microns, ensuring excellent plasticizer absorption, uniform gelation, and smooth surface finish in PVC flooring compounds. The calcium-free formulation is critical for flooring applications where calcium contamination can cause surface defects, reduced flexibility, and inconsistent colour development. In PVC flooring manufacturing, the resin serves as the primary matrix material. It is blended with plasticizers (DOTP, DINP, or DOA) to achieve the desired flexibility, with thermal stabilizers (Ca-Zn or Ba-Zn) for heat resistance during processing, and with fillers and pigments for cost optimization and aesthetic finish. Our PVC resin is carefully graded to meet the demanding requirements of modern LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), SPC (Stone Polymer Composite), and sheet vinyl flooring production. The ultrafine particle size ensures rapid fusion during calendering and extrusion, resulting in a homogeneous, defect-free flooring product with excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality testing for K-value, particle size distribution, volatile content, and bulk density to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
